Raúl’s engineering identity is rooted in Engineering Foundations. Throughout his career, he has consistently focused on defining the engineering standards, architectural principles, reusable frameworks and operating models that enable organizations to build software predictably, sustainably and at enterprise scale. His experience spans enterprise software architecture, platform modernization and cloud-native engineering across financial services, manufacturing and government organizations.
Ricardo Vargas Mendoza
Engineering Leadership & Delivery Governance
Ricardo’s engineering identity is centered on transforming how engineering organizations operate, govern and deliver technology. He has designed Project Management Offices (PMOs), engineering operating models, delivery governance frameworks, portfolio management processes and organizational KPIs that improve engineering maturity and execution. His experience spans highly regulated financial environments including IFPE creation, SOFOM implementation, Mastercard licensing, SPEI integrations, digital payments and financial APIs.
Gustavo Abraham Sanvicente Solís
Reliability Engineering
Gustavo’s engineering identity is rooted in Reliability Engineering and enterprise platform evolution. His experience combines software architecture, technical leadership, Site Reliability Engineering and production operations across financial institutions, government organizations and one of Latin America’s largest technology companies. His work focuses on enabling highly available platforms through SRE, SLO-driven engineering, production monitoring, automated recovery and enterprise observability.
